Mining Engineer with a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master's in University Teaching. Experienced in the formulation of multidisciplinary projects. Over 12 years of experience in undergraduate education and andragogy, with various certifications in experiential learning tools, team development, and creative solutions.
Constanza Flores Altamirano - Founder/CTO
Professional with academic training in Mining Engineering and Industrial Civil Engineering. Has extensive experience working with multidisciplinary teams focused on short- and long-term mine planning across various sites in Chile. Holds a specialization in team leadership from Bureau Veritas.
Sebastián Baeza Donoso - Marketing Director
Industrial Civil Engineer with an MBA in Business Management and Administration. Experienced in strategic business planning and corporate marketing, with a strong focus on achieving strategic goals. Over 15 years of teaching experience in Industrial Engineering and MBA programs.
Giorgio Reveco Barraza – Head of Learning & Content
Bachelor in Physics and Master in Industrial Engineering. Specialist in university teaching, academic management, and educational innovation, with over 10 years of experience in higher education and a strong background in the creation of scientific and digital educational materials.
