A Workshop That Transformed Perspectives, Teams, and Lives in the Municipality of Vicuña
On May 24, 2025, something happened that went far beyond a simple training session. At LidereTeam, we arrived with a clear mission: to create a transformative experience. But it was the women of the Municipality of Vicuña who made that goal a reality—with openness, energy, and commitment, they turned that day into a memorable experience.
From the very beginning, we knew it would be different. What unfolded was a deeply human encounter. We heard genuine reflections, shared heartfelt emotions, and witnessed how they built a new vision of public service together.
As a team, we emerged stronger. This workshop was living proof that when respect and trust are present, commitment flourishes naturally. The participants didn’t just attend—they owned the process and transformed the environment from within.
A More Human Service, Not Just a Faster One
From the start, we aimed to go beyond procedures. At LidereTeam, we firmly believe that service quality lies in the human connection created in every interaction.
Our goal was to awaken that inner drive to serve with purpose. Because behind every request there is a real story, a real need—and, most importantly, a person. The way we respond makes a big difference.
We didn’t bring ready-made answers. Instead, we created a space for them to define the kind of professionals they aspire to be: kind, empathetic, ethical, and solution-oriented. They didn’t just want to improve their performance—they wanted to do it with meaning.
Living Testimony: The Voice of Those Who Serve the Community
“Empathetic,” “respectful,” “efficient.” These were some of the words that came up when we asked how they would like to be remembered by a neighbor. It wasn’t just an exercise—it was a clear reflection of their values.
During the self-perception activity, deeply human concepts emerged: kindness, honesty, clarity. This confirmed that the desire to serve well is still alive; it just needs to be recognized and empowered.
It was moving to see how they redefined their roles—not as mere processors, but as living bridges between the institution and the community. Hearing their voices confirmed that the vocation is intact; it only needs the right space to awaken.
Activities That Transform Habits

From the outset, we knew we didn’t want a traditional session. We wanted action, dialogue, and experimentation. Each activity was designed to activate both emotional and practical learning.
The clear language exercise was a turning point. They transformed technical phrases into understandable, empathetic messages—realizing that clear communication is also a form of respect.
Then came the Landscape model. They reflected deeply on the strengths, risks, and opportunities of municipal service. They discussed empathy, digitalization, bureaucracy, and organizational culture. They thought as a team—and acted as one.
Finally, the collaborative role-playing brought it all together. Using buildable kits, they created symbolic structures that reflected their service ideals. It was creativity, listening, and action at its best. It was clear the learning had reached their core.
A More Conscious, Human, and United Team

The impact was clear and profound. All participants expressed a high appreciation for the session, especially highlighting its usefulness, energy, and emotional impact.
They praised the team’s closeness, the clarity of the activities, and their direct applicability. Many said it was the first time in a long while they felt treated as people, not just as workers.
To us, these testimonies are the most valuable proof that something real was created: a shared awareness and a team connected to its purpose.
We Don’t Offer Trainings—We Build Experiences

At LidereTeam, we don’t give out formulas. We create unforgettable experiences—spaces where people listen to one another, feel empowered, and see themselves clearly. That leaves a mark.
Our approach is grounded in action and emotion. Because when someone feels truly seen, everything changes—from the way they respond to the way they lead and serve.
We don’t train to check boxes—we accompany teams to transform cultures. Real improvement is born from pride, connection, and commitment.
What happened in Vicuña was just the beginning. We are ready to keep moving forward together—because transforming teams isn’t just possible, it’s necessary. And the human element must always come first.
